Kurt Kreimier Music

Kurt Kreimier is a Composer and Producer living in the Orlando area of Florida. He writes in a variety of musical styles, focusing mainly on Jazz, New Age, NeoClassical, Easy Listening, Ambient and Chill. His music has been placed in feature films and a wide variety of television and radio shows produced both in the United States and Internationally. He has also had music placed in corporate promotions and special events. Many of his works have been included in a variety of compilations and his music is heard regularly through commercial music services.

Kurt received a BA Degree in Music with Honors from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago where he played saxophone and flute in one of the most respected and award winning college jazz ensembles in the world, capturing outstanding big band honors several years in a row at both the Elmhurst Collegiate Jazz Festival and the prestigious Notre Dame Collegiate Jazz Festival. While attending Northeastern Illinois University he also played in one of two jazz combos at the school.

Kurt was a mainstay playing and recording in the Chicago Big Band and Jazz scene for many years, which afforded him the opportunity work in a number of other genres, including Rock, Top 40, Classical, Contemporary Christian, Salsa, Reggae and others. Later moving to the San Jose and Orlando areas, he remains active recording and producing his own original compositions.
